Sergeant Tim Ansell struggled against 27-yr-old Jacob Brown subsequent to he placed a weapon to the throat of his fellow officer Sgt Marc Foster.

Brown began the violence as the law enforcement personnel and their colleague, Police Constable Marcus Wolstencroft, were talking to a driver subsequent to a road collision in that location in summer 2023.
